Getting some head space in Wales

If you guys and girls keep up with my blog you know I write one blog a month. For September – I failed.

I had nothing to write. No motivation. No ideas. No inspiration. And if I’m honest, no appetite for a right lot.

I will say that over the last 6 weeks or so, I been the lowest I’ve been in a while. I battle with anxiety and recently bands of heavy low moods. I seem to struggle with knowing whether I am doing the right thing or not. Is the grass greener syndrome. And instead of taking action/taking control/making a change I become paralysed and do nothing instead, making myself more frustrated.

I tried to write a very uplifting and positive ‘returning the work’ blog post. None the less, I can safely say I have not settled back into work and find my self growing ever more restless and unclear of my future path.

In addition to this, even with the vast amounts of travelling this year I still felt I needed to get away. Wales was just what I needed.

Filled with walking, fresh sea air, good food, better company and of course well needed family time. Coming back from the trip, I have learnt to fill my spare time with things I find fulfilling, enjoyable and also help my personal development.

Here are some snaps of the trip:

I hope I write again in October.
